OHCA Statutes & Regulations
The Office of Health Care Access (OHCA) was created by Connecticut General Statutes. OHCA's designated roles and responsibilities may be changed, augmented or diminished by periodic legislative acts.
The General Statutes and relevant Public Acts, along with agency regulations, provide the framework for OHCA's role in Connecticut's health care system.
